Terms and Conditions
Progato Hygienic Granules establishes through this T&C the usage policy for registered breeders on its designated channel, outlining the benefits and obligations aimed at strengthening the partnership between the breeder and Progato.
1 - Conditions:
Progato Hygienic Granules, as a manufacturer of hygienic granules, aims to facilitate and improve the lives of breeders and felines, establishing and guaranteeing the following conditions for using its Breeder Channel:
1st – Breeders/Catteries will only receive the benefits outlined in this T&C when properly registered on the Progato Breeder Channel, meeting all necessary requirements stipulated in the registration form.
2nd – Payments will be made in accordance with the current laws in Brazil, respecting all legal and tax obligations on the part of the breeder when purchasing Progato products.
3rd – Progato reserves the right to terminate the supply of any product to a Breeder/Cattery that violates these terms.
2 – Advantages:
1st - A Breeder/Cattery properly registered on the Progato Breeder Channel will have the following advantages with the manufacturer of Hygienic Granules:
1§ - Breeders/Catteries will have the advantage of purchasing Progato products at a discounted price when the volume is equal to or greater than 100 kg per month (10 bags of 10 kg) with prices differentiated from retail.
2§ - The recurrence of consecutive purchases by the Breeder/Cattery will generate bonuses that may be delivered in product volume or as a discount on product acquisition, as detailed in the section on Breeder Categories.
3§ - Breeders/Catteries that display the PROGATO logo on their website or in advertising will receive a bonus of 10 kg with each purchase.
4§ - Non-consecutive purchases—except in cases of advertising on the website or in announcements—do not generate any type of bonus.
2nd - This section establishes the essential advantages.
3 – Breeder Categories:
1st - PROGATO, by establishing its Breeder Channel, also defines how it will treat its Breeder/Cattery partners based on their engagement with the brand.
2nd - The classification of our partners as Gold Breeder, Silver Breeder, and Bronze Breeder establishes their interaction with the brand concerning their activity on social media, as the advantages offered by the Breeder Channel become a counterbalance for PROGATO, incurring no cost to the Breeder/Cattery.
1§ – Gold Breeder: A GOLD Breeder will be characterized by making consecutive purchases for at least 6 months. Additionally, they must make 2 (TWO) monthly posts with the PROGATO brand. These are prerequisites that will guarantee the Breeder a 15% discount on purchases over 100 kg (10 bags), plus a bonus of 2 packages of 10 kg per month.
2§ – Silver Breeder: A SILVER Breeder will be characterized by making consecutive purchases for at least 5 months. Additionally, they must make 2 (TWO) monthly posts with the PROGATO brand. These are prerequisites that will guarantee the Breeder a 15% discount on purchases over 100 kg (10 bags).
3§ – Bronze Breeder: A BRONZE Breeder will be characterized by making consecutive purchases for at least 3 months. Additionally, they must make 1 (ONE) monthly post with the PROGATO brand. These are prerequisites that will guarantee the Breeder a 10% discount on purchases over 100 kg (10 bags).
4 – Products:
1st – The products available for purchase on the Progato Breeder Channel are: Progato White 10.0 kg and Progato Premium 10.0 kg.
2nd – The product prices will be sent according to a table, with variations for each region.
3rd – Products purchased at a discount as a Progato partner cannot be resold to other consumers, under penalty of termination of partnership.
5 – Delivery:
1st – Products will be delivered through pickup at the nearest depot or delivered to the Breeder, with delivery costs added to the product price.
